I was taking my sister to the hospital and I became aware of a strange noise coming from the back of the car. I phoned Alison and explained my worry and asked if I could call and have someone look at it. Alison was very helpful and friendly and told me to call in before 5 and someone would check it out. It turned out the near side rear spring had snapped, so they kept the car to work on it the next morning. I was offered a lift home which I was didn't need but was pleased with the offer. Very good service indeed. Alison,. It doesn't matter how busy Alison is she always takes the time to listen to your problem and explain whatever is necessary

I need my car serviced and MOT checked……the staff helped me with how to apply for cancellation MOT. During the servicing I was contacted and advised exactly what needing doing to secure a ‘pass’ on my MOT. I really appreciated the advice given together with the transport back and forth after leaving my vehicle in for service. Would certainly recommend Mervyn Stewart to my friends and work colleagues. Great place to go into. All staff were so friendly and that made us relaxed. From buying a car to getting a coffee sorted everything large or small seemed to matter to them. Shout out to Ian at the services. Really friendly person and advised us to take out a service plan. Again, not pushy but gave sound advice which we appreciated. Aaron who we dealt with from the first day made us feel valued not just as customers but as people. We felt he was interested in us and not just in getting a sale and ironically that’s what influenced us to buy the car from him. We had been to a few other dealers, but Aaron was the only one who made us feel we mattered as people and who wanted to get the best deal for us and not just for him. We really appreciated that and it encouraged us to go back and buy our car from him. Yes, great car and we love it but loved the service provided by Aaron even more. Polite throughout and not pushy with an extensive knowledge of all things Suzuki!

Made the whole car buying experience painless and rather enjoyable. Really pleased with my purchase. Delighted that I collected my new Swift in just two days. Dealerships for other makes could only promise delivery in 6 months plus.

Sales person (Aaron Orr) very nice to deal with. Courteous, helpful, absolutely no “hard sell”. This is the 4th new Suzuki I have bought from this dealer over the course of 15 years. Was originally Philip Petersen, now Mervyn Stewart but the same staff. I am a “returning customer” not so much on account of the make (Suzuki) but almost entirely due to the exceedingly good customer service provided by both the Sales and Service Departments

the team at Suzuki Bangor could not be more helpful nothing is too much trouble this is my 3rd Suzuki from this dealer and each time the service is the same Aaron Orr the sales executive is one of the best he is not pushy and try to sell you something you don't won't and also very helpful and polite as are all the staff
