Aaron who we dealt with from the first day made us feel valued not just as customers but as people. We felt he was interested in us and not just in getting a sale and ironically that’s what influenced us to buy the car from him. We had been to a few other dealers, but Aaron was the only one who made us feel we mattered as people and who wanted to get the best deal for us and not just for him. We really appreciated that and it encouraged us to go back and buy our car from him. Yes, great car and we love it but loved the service provided by Aaron even more. Polite throughout and not pushy with an extensive knowledge of all things Suzuki!

Dealerships for other makes could only promise delivery in 6 months plus.

Sales person (Aaron Orr) very nice to deal with. Courteous, helpful, absolutely no “hard sell”. This is the 4th new Suzuki I have bought from this dealer over the course of 15 years. Was originally Philip Petersen, now Mervyn Stewart but the same staff. I am a “returning customer” not so much on account of the make (Suzuki) but almost entirely due to the exceedingly good customer service provided by both the Sales and Service Departments

the team at Suzuki Bangor could not be more helpful nothing is too much trouble this is my 3rd Suzuki from this dealer and each time the service is the same Aaron Orr the sales executive is one of the best he is not pushy and try to sell you something you don't won't and also very helpful and polite as are all the staff

Michael and the sales team were Amazing from the start and made the change over of cars easy… definitely be upgrading again when the time comes …

He explained everything i asked about the 3 cars we looked at. Set up a test drive up. Explained and worked out different deals on each car. Put no pressure on. Let me go away and think about it. Talked me through all the paperwork. Made the experience very relaxing.

Jaime helped us change over our car to a new MG HS. Not only do we love the car - the service was top class. No question was too silly. And Jaime went over and above to make sure we got the right financial deal, in a good time.
