You are returning customer so firstly thank you for your business again, but how did you discover our brand/ dealership initially?

‘Well, my mother had originally purchased Skoda many years ago and most of our family have now done the same, a Jeremy Clarkson review also helped with us deciding to purchase our first Skoda Yeti which we absolutely loved!’

 You have just purchased your second Karoq, how would you describe it to a friend?

‘We find the Karoq perfect space wise with room for all our passengers to sit comfortably for journeys. We also travel afar to the likes of Donegal and over to the Scottish Highlands, so a good size boot helps for our dog crate and also the Karoq has fantastic handling and corners well on the windy roads. The technology such as front assist anti-collision system has also helped in a few dangerous situations!’

 When you think of our brand Skoda, what comes to mind?

‘Reliability, great economy with the miles per gallon and the fact that Skoda is the car of choice for the police gives us peace of mind’

‘Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful’

 Would you to recommend Mervyn Stewart to your friends/family and if so why?

‘Yes definitely, we think the cars are great cars and our friends and family agree. We have also always been treated well when dealing with Mervyn Stewart when purchasing’

How would you describe your most recent purchase experience within our dealership?

‘Best way to describe our most recent purchase would be no waffle and hassle free with the process and paperwork involved in buying a new car. It was also a very non pressurised sale; we only came in to look at our options and ended up with a new Karoq.’
