MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

. Achieve agreed Sales Plan

. Maintain Brand Standards

. Lead the sales team to achieve success, focusing on defined priority areas

. Development and implementation of Department Plans and Budgets to achieve objectives

. Manage all aspects of the 'Customer Experience' to ensure consistent delivey of exceptional customer care producing a strong performance on Customer Satisfaction KPI's

. Ensure daily operation of the department in line with Standard Operating Procedures

. Responsible for implementing a training programme for productive and non-productive

An exciting vacancy exists in our Sales Department for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in Sales. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a selling role. Experience within a franchised car dealership is desirable but not essential.

Job Summary:  The main job purpose will be to achieve agreed sales target for the new and/or used vehicles, within defined operating and financial guidelines. To contribute to the development plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks in a smooth and timely manner. To be fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Follow the company Sales Process to create a professional customer experience.
Use the necessary skills and resources to achieve targets set by the Sales Manager.
Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation.
To be aware at all times of the company objectives and Sales Department Budgets.
To actively follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
To maximise every profit opportunity with each customer and to ensure that each customer is provided with the opportunity to make an informed decision relative to their purchase
Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process
Complete training programs as required.
Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features
Agree valuations with the Sales Manager and complete satisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximise sales.
Ensure vehicles are suitable for their use as customer demonstration cars at all times.
Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.

Salary: Basic £25K & target based bonus OTE £35K

They will be responsible for ordering and taxing vehicles in a busy retail environment as well as interacting with customers and keeping them informed throughout the sales process.

The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator, preferably in the motor industry, and play a fundamental part of delivering the ultimate Skoda experience. The successful candidate will possess drive and enthusiasm as well as good communication skills and an ability to work within a busy team.

Educated to A Level or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Minimum requirement 5 GCSE's A-C grade to include English and Maths.

A competitive salary is negotiable for the right candidate depending on applicant's experience and knowledge.

We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and energetic individuals to become a members of our Aftersales team at our Skoda dealership in Belfast. As a Parts Advisor you will ensure the efficient running of the Parts Department with reference to trade, workshop sales and goods inwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Company’s requirements and policies at that time
  • Undertake the goods inwards and receipting processes, issue of parts to workshop jobs and accurately identify and price parts on electronic vehicle health check.
  • To ensure technicians are served as quickly as possible
  • Parts that require ordering are obtained as quickly and economically as possible
  • Return of warranty parts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Parts to be properly located as per manufacturer guidelines
  • All stock and orders to be checked against delivery and advice noted and located

 Criteria

  • This person must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or above including Maths and English.
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Minimum 1 years parts experience essential, preferrably within the Motor Trade
  • A full driving licence also required
