An Experienced Car Valeting Supervisor is required to work in our busy Belfast Skoda dealership to primarily support the Sales Dept. The role involves the supervision and daily running off the Dept along with taking and showing a pride in ensuring the final product is displayed to the highest standard.

Our busy Belfast Skoda Dealership on Boucher Crescent has an opening for a highly motivated individual to take on this important role within our business.

Duties

A key part of the role is organising the daily work load to ensure the smooth running of the Dept whilst liasing with the Sales and Service depts. so all vehicles are ready for customer handover when agreed. The maintaining of used car cleaning will also be part of this role to ensure the product is always looking at its’ best for the customer. Your excellent attention to detail will ensure that all cars will be presented to a high standard and ready for test drives at all times whether new or used. Organising of staff duties within the Dept will also be part of your supervisory role so excellent communication skills are a must. An understanding of safety procedures and manufacturers’ instructions and warnings for different chemicals should also be demonstrated.

Experience

2 year’s experience in a similar role within the Motor Trade is essential as is a full and clean driving licence.

Salary

This position has a banding of £17-£19K, for the correct applicant the right package is negotiable.

An exciting vacancy exists in our Sales Department for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in Sales. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a selling role. Experience within a franchised car dealership is essential.

Job Summary:  The main job purpose will be to achieve agreed sales target for the new and/or used vehicles, within defined operating and financial guidelines. To contribute to the development plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks in a smooth and timely manner. To be fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures

 

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Follow the company Sales Process to create a professional customer experience.

Use the necessary skills and resources to achieve targets set by the Sales Manager.

Maintain product knowledge and be aware of Sales Promotions and quarterly campaigns in operation.

To be aware at all times of the company objectives and Sales Department Budgets.

To actively follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business

To maximise every profit opportunity with each customer and to ensure that each customer is provided with the opportunity to make an informed decision relative to their purchase

Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process

Complete training programs as required.


Maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.

Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange, using the showroom enquiry form, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features

Agree valuations with the Sales Manager and complete satisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximise sales.

Ensure vehicles are suitable for their use as customer demonstration cars at all times.

Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.

Salary: OTE £35K

The successful candidate will actively ensure the Company Procedures are followed in all aspects of administration within the Sales department. They will be responsible for ordering and taxing vehicles in a busy retail environment as well as interacting with customers and keeping them informed throughout the sales process.

The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator, preferably in the motor industry, and play a fundamental part of delivering the ultimate Skoda experience. The successful candidate will possess drive and enthusiasm as well as good communication skills and an ability to work within a busy team.

Educated to A Level or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Minimum requirement 5 GCSE's A-C grade to include English and Maths.

 Salary: £15000 - £19000
